Position: Car Attendant
Responsibilities:
  • Aiding in loading and unloading of passengers
  • Managing public and queuing lines.
  • Be trained in the evacuation and safety features of the lift.
  • Take out trash (must be able to lift 30 lbs.)
  • Basic restroom cleaning and stocking
  • Must be 15 years or older
The Car Attendants are responsible for the safe loading and unloading of the lift as well as passenger experience while on the lift. Ideal candidates have good social skills and a working knowledge of the area. Attendant training is conducted on-site and includes the operation of the lift, how to successfully que and manage passengers, and the evacuation of the lift. Must not have a fear of heights.
Position: Ticket Agent
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome incoming patrons.
  • Check and validate tickets.
  • Help walk-in patrons purchase tickets onsite via web portal.
  • Manage the hourly ticket count and adjust as necessary.
  • Manage public and queuing lines.
  • Must be 16 years or older
The Ticketing Agent is responsible for incoming guest welcoming and ticket validation. Agent will validate and direct patrons to the queueing area. Agent will be responsible for rebooking or refunding customers during inclement weather. Good technology and interpersonal skills are a must.
Position: Machine Operator
Responsibilities:
  • Safe operation of the lift
  • Keep the daily control log
  • Note any irregularities in the operation.
  • Be trained in all safety features and control items of the lift.
  • Help with basic daily, weekly, and monthly operational checks and maintenance.
  • Daily restroom cleaning and stocking.
  • End of day trash duties (must be able to lift 30 lbs.)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Must be 21 or older
The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe operation of the lift. Operators are not permitted to use cell phones while operating. The operator is responsible for the daily safety checks with a manager and associated logs. Ideal candidates have a basic mechanical knowledge, are safety conscious and have the ability to remain calm when irregular operational conditions arise.
Position: Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the car attendants, tickets and public.
  • On call for troubles, disputes or public issues.
  • Aid General Manager in staff training.
  • Be trained to aid in evacuation or emergency situations
  • Restroom cleaning and stocking
The Operations Manager is responsible for the management of the car attendants and ticketing staff. They help train staff and ensure all duties are conducted in a safe and professional manner. The Operations Manager can also settle any public disputes or trouble calls. They are trained to aid in evacuation procedures as well as machine operations. The Operations Manager helps fill any gaps in scheduling and may step into any hourly position on an as needed basis.
